Amethyst Rose Energy Healing

A private energy healing session in my home where I channel healing energy through my hands/body and voice (toning/Light Language) to support energetic clearing, activation, and balancing. In addition to my own vessel/channel, I often utilize healing musical instruments, crystals, and gentle touch during a session. Only in-person healing sessions are available at this time.

I offer group Kundalini yoga classes in my home city of Lethbridge. Move, breathe, chant, and meditate with us in class and enjoy the healing tones of the gong during deep relaxation. My approach to Kundalini yoga is to encourage both energy flow and embodiment/nervous system safety.
